• Lower air consumption compared to pinion and rack (RP) types
• Lower power demand
• Higher torque compared to similar RP actuators
• Higher durability of up to 1,000,000 cycles (100 times more than an RP)
• SIL-3 certified
• Lower weight compared to a similar RP type, in torque
• A Scotch yoke system is more trustworthy than Pine and Rack (RP), since the teeth in the rack may be damaged.
